About David Carlson:
Hi, I`m David Carlson,
Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Award Realtors, with four offices
serving all of Amador County and parts of Calaveras and El Dorado.
I have been an active Realtor in Amador County since 1977, when I
obtained my sales license. I became a Broker in 1980 and took over the
company started by my father-in-law in 1958. After running my own
company from 1980 to 1996 I merged my firm with Coldwell Banker Award
Realtors. Since that time I have been the managing partner/sales manager
for the company.
I obtained my Bachelors Degree from the University of North Carolina in
1975 and moved to Jackson in the fall of 1976, where my family had
relocated and operated the Wheel Inn Restaurant. I met my future wife
Gretchen at the Wheel Inn and we have been married for 32 years. My
oldest son Neil is now a full-time Realtor with the company and my
younger son Peter spent two years with Coldwell Banker in Santa Cruz,
California after graduating from UC-Santa Cruz. Real estate runs deep in
our family.
In 32 years I have been involved in literally thousands of transactions,
from small rural lots to single family homes to investment properties
to commercial developments. While my time is mostly spent in managing
the company, I am still an active Realtor representing Buyers and
Sellers.
Along with my son Neil we can take care of whatever your real estate needs are.
About Neil Carlson:
As a third generation Realtor in Amador County I can help you to achieve your goals.
I was born and raised in Amador County, where my family has lived
since 1958. Over 60 years combined family experience in the real estate
industry: my father and grandfather as brokers, my wife is in the title
and escrow industry, and my brother and I are both Coldwell Banker
agents.
With two years experience as an unlicensed and
licensed-agent's assistant I gained vital knowledge about the real
estate business before committing to work as an independent agent.
I spent several years going to school, working, and making contacts
around Northern California while living in Chico, Monterey, and
Sacramento.
As a 3rd generation Realtor in and around Amador County I have the background to help you negotiate the best possible deal.
